Neston Folk Dance Club meets from 8-10pm every Wednesday, except for the second Wednesday in the month, from September to the end of the following May and welcomes you to join us. Young or old, experienced or beginner, everyone can get involved, have fun and dance.

All dances are explained and “walked through” before being danced to either live or recorded music. We have live music every other week. You don’t even need to bring a partner, just sensible footwear for dancing and your enthusiasm.

Research shows that dancing can improve both mental and physical health by boosting your overall happiness, increasing stamina, strengthening muscles and bones and providing a low impact, gentle cardio workout. So come along and discover English Folk Dancing in a friendly, social environment. You will be very welcome
