St Helens Folk Dance Club

We dance mostly to recorded music but occasionally there is a live band.
We welcome all to join us whether you are experienced dancers or complete beginners. All dances are "walked through" to ensure people are familiar with the moves, and then they are "called" during the dance. The objective is to enjoy the music and dance and have some fun in a social gathering.

There is no joining fee nor annual subscription but just a small charge of 1.00 each evening you attend, and this includes light refreshments, and the UNISON CLUB has a bar.

This folk dance club organises Saturday night dances once or twice a year, with a live band and caller, usually in Rainford Village Hall.
